Abstract
AbstractThis research presents a comparative analysis of Voice User Interface (VUI) and traditional Graphical User Interface (GUI) through a user experience study involving 15 participants. The study evaluated ease of use, comfort level, and overall satisfaction with both interface types. While the GUI achieved marginally higher usability scores, the VUI shows considerable promise for hands-free operation and enhanced accessibility. Participants expressed particular interest in VUI for specific use cases, though concerns about accuracy and environmental noise were noted. The findings suggest that hybrid approaches incorporating both interface types may offer optimal user experiences in future applications.
