Abstract
The Soil pH and Nutrient Analysis System is a safe, efficient, and scalable framework designed to optimize agricultural practices and enhance soil health monitoring. Leveraging MATLAB and advanced digital image processing techniques, the system precisely assesses essential soil parameters, including pH levels and macronutrients such as nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium. By utilizing clustering algorithms and statistical feature extraction, it ensures accurate nutrient profiling and crop suitability recommendations. Secure data storage mechanisms enhance transparency and reliability, enabling actionable insights to address challenges such as soil degradation, nutrient imbalances, and crop productivity. This novel approach offers a sustainable, cost-effective, and transformative solution for precision agriculture, promoting efficient resource utilization and supporting digital advancements in farming.
