Abstract
This study explores the adoption of digital wallets and mobile banking in the context of the evolving digital financial ecosystem. With the rise in smartphone penetration and internet accessibility, these technologies have reshaped how individuals manage and transact finances. However, adoption remains inconsistent due to factors like security concerns, digital literacy gaps, fragmented platforms, and challenges in integrating with legacy banking systems. Through a structured questionnaire administered to 50 respondents, this research identifies key motivators such as convenience and fast transactions, while also highlighting major concerns like security and system failures. The findings underscore the need for user-friendly interfaces, enhanced security features, and greater awareness to promote broader and more inclusive usage. The study ultimately provides insights for stakeholders to strengthen digital financial services and support financial inclusion.
