Abstract
This study explores the challenges faced in talent acquisition at Careernet Technologies, a prominent recruitment and staffing solutions firm. It investigates issues such as skill gap alignment, candidate sourcing, employer branding, and the effectiveness of recruitment strategies in a competitive talent market. By analyzing internal recruitment processes and external market dynamics, the research aims to identify bottlenecks and recommend strategic improvements. Insights were gathered through interviews, surveys, and performance metrics, offering a comprehensive understanding of the hurdles faced in hiring top talent. The findings aim to enhance recruitment efficiency and support organizational growth.
