Abstract
The rapid advancement of digital technologies has significantly reshaped the Indian retail landscape, ushering in new trends in consumer purchasing behavior, especially within niche markets like eyewear. Among the leading players in this digital transformation is Lenskart, a trailblazer in Indias online eyewear retail segment. The brand has established itself as a trusted platform by integrating technology with personalized customer service. This research investigates the evolving preferences of consumers when shopping for eyewear through Lenskarts online platform. The study seeks to identify and analyze the critical factors that drive customer satisfaction, engagement, and loyalty in the context of digital eyewear shopping. Using a structured questionnaire, data was gathered from a sample of 60 respondents who have made purchases through Lenskarts online interface. The results highlight that aspects such as high product quality, efficient delivery services, interactive virtual try-on features, and competitive pricing play a pivotal role in shaping the overall customer experience. Additionally, the research pinpoints specific areas where improvements can be made to further enhance user satisfaction.
