Abstract
In todays multilingual business atmosphere, organizations increasingly depend on diverseworkforces to satisfy the demands of a competitive market. This study examines the communication gaps arising from linguistic diversity at Firstsource Solutions Ltd., a leading business process management company. While diversity enriches organizational culture and broadens perspectives, it can also introduce challenges such as misunderstandings, reduced collaboration, and lowered productivity. Drawing from a descriptive research design, data was composed through structured questionnaires from employees across multiple departments and linguistic backgrounds. Statistical analysis with the help of SPSS was applied to assess the relationship between language differences, communication effectiveness, team collaboration, and the function of training programs in mitigating communication barriers. The findings aim to bridge a critical research gap by providing empirical insights into communication challenges specific to the BPO sector. The study completes with recommendations for enhancing inclusivity, strengthening cross-linguistic collaboration, and optimizing communication frameworks to improve organizational efficiency.
