Abstract
This study examines the relationship between employee and organizational performance and legal compliance. The main goal is to comprehend how legal compliance impacts employee satisfaction, productivity, and retention as well as organizational effectiveness, financial stability, and market reputation. It is believed that risk management, streamlining operational procedures, and fostering a healthy work environment all depend on legal compliance. According to the survey, companies with robust compliance systems typically see boosts in employee satisfaction and productivity. It highlights the long-term advantages of legal adherence for organizational performance and employee well-being while addressing the difficulties firms encounter in sustaining compliance, such as regulatory complexity and related expenses.Key words: legal compliance, organizational performance, and employee performance
