Abstract
This research explores how artificial intelligence (AI) and automation are remodeling personnel management practices throughout industries. While AI is regularly associated with futuristic innovation, its contemporary software in human resource control (HRM) is tremendously sensibleranging from recruitment automation to predictive analytics in performance and retention. This paper draws on survey responses and interview insights from HR specialists to assess the actual-global effectiveness of AI-pushed HR analytics. The study reveals that groups the usage of AI in HR revel in sizeable improvements in choice-making, time financial savings, and employee satisfaction. However, demanding situations including records privacy, price limitations, and worker resistance persist. The paper concludes with suggestions for ethically aligned, scalable adoption of AI gear in body of workers systems.
