Abstract
The rapid urbanization of cities has intensified the demand for efficient parking solutions. Traditional parking systems often lead to congestion, increased emissions, and user frustration due to the lack of real-time information and manual payment processes. This paper proposes an AI-powered smart parking system that integrates advanced technologies to optimize parking management and enhance user experience.The system employs computer vision and deep learning algorithms to monitor parking spaces in real-time, accurately detecting vehicle presence and occupancy status. By leveraging Internet of Things (IoT) devices, such as Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) beacons, the system facilitates seamless communication between vehicles and parking infrastructure, enabling automated check-in and check-out processes .Dynamic pricing models, powered by artificial intelligence, adjust parking fees based on demand, location, and duration, ensuring optimal utilization of parking resources . Additionally, the integration of blockchain technology ensures secure and transparent transactions, allowing users to make payments through a dedicated mobile application .The proposed system not only reduces the time spent searching for parking but also minimizes traffic congestion and environmental impact. Pilot implementations have demonstrated significant improvements in parking efficiency and user satisfaction. This AI-driven approach presents a scalable and adaptable solution for modern urban centers seeking to revolutionize their parkinginfrastructure.
