Abstract
The AI Trainer for Fitness is designed to function as a virtual personal trainer that leverages computer vision technology to analyze body movements in real time. It will generate personalized fitness plans based on the user's goals, such as weight loss, strength building, or flexibility. The AI system will adapt to the users progress, adjusting exercise intensity, type, and frequency to ensure optimal results. Through real-time video analysis, the AI trainer will monitor the user's form, provide feedback, and offer suggestions to improve performance, minimize the risk of injury, and maximize workout results. Integration with wearables will allow the system to track other metrics like heart rate and calories burned, creating a comprehensive fitness experience.
