Abstract
The AI Virtual Mouse using Hand Gestures is an innovative Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) project that allows users to control mouse functions through hand movements, eliminating the need for physical devices. Utilizing computer vision and deep learning techniques, the system detects and tracks hand landmarks in real-time using MediaPipe and processes the gestures with OpenCV. Common mouse operations such as cursor movement, leftright click, and drag are performed intuitively through specific hand gestures. This project demonstrates the practical integration of AI with gesture control to create a contactless and accessible alternative to traditional input devices.
