Abstract
Recruitment plays a critical role in ensuring that organizations acquire qualified talent to meet workforce demands. This study analyzes the structured recruitment process followed by Sunehra Job Management Pvt. Ltd., from sourcing candidates through job portals to final job posting and placement. The research explores the workflow of resume sourcing, screening, telephonic interviews, database management, interview coordination, and hiring outcomes. Through descriptive and analytical assessment supported by real recruitment records, the study highlights efficiency factors, candidate funnel conversions, dropouts, and the effectiveness of digital sourcing platforms. Findings indicate strong performance in sourcing volume, structured screening, and portal usage, alongside challenges related to candidate no-shows, expectation mismatch, and manual data management. The study concludes with strategies to enhance employer branding, automate processes, and improve candidate engagement to optimize recruitment efficiency.
