Abstract
ABSTRACTThis study analytically examines the determinants of employee retention among floor managers and housekeeping staff in the five-star hotel sector. Using a descriptive research design and a structured questionnaire administered to 380 respondents in Mumbai, the study identifies key factors influencing retention. Findings highlight career advancement opportunities, job stability, recognition, supportive work environments, and skill development as significant contributors to employee loyalty. The research underscores the necessity for a strategic human resource approach that prioritizes motivation, career growth, and employee well-being to reduce attrition.
