Abstract
In light of the current economic and environmental challenges, it is crucial to have resilient pavement infrastructure. Over the past decade, the rapid expansion of the global social economy has significantly benefited from this infrastructure. Concrete, being the most valuable material in the construction sector, plays a pivotal role. However, the environment is impacted in various ways due to the raw materials utilized in concrete production. For instance, the manufacturing of cement generates CO2 emissions, while the production of aggregates leads to dust pollution, affecting the geology of the surrounding area.
