Abstract
This research, titled "An Overview of the Use of Artificial Intelligence in Marketing in Chennai," examines the growing influence of AI on marketing strategies within the region. With data collected from 106 respondents, the study explores how AI-powered technologies, including machine learning, predictive analytics, and personalized marketing, are reshaping conventional marketing methods. Through primary data analysis, the study highlights the advantages of AI in marketing, such as enhanced efficiency, improved customer insights, and a better return on investment (ROI). Additionally, it addresses key challenges businesses encounter, including ethical dilemmas, financial constraints, and data privacy concerns. The research concludes by offering practical recommendations for businesses to integrate AI into their marketing strategies effectively while mitigating potential risks, ensuring sustainable growth, and fostering innovation in the digital marketing domain.
