Analysis of the oneness of both the Gita and Yoga

Abstract
Many people believe that yoga consists of both physical postures and meditation. However, the Bhagavad Gita goes beyond that, explaining a number of processes, including the importance of spirituality for enduring peace. A few elements are examined from the Bhagavad Gita text to define yoga and the practice process, along with pertinent passages that provide further details. The Bhagavad Gita is the source of the procedural paths, which are described in this article. They are categorized as follows: 1) the devotion to "Work"; 2) self-control; 3) attention and focus; and 4) the devotional route to spirituality by yoga. discovered that these are necessary for happiness and tranquility in life. These are beneficial for preserving mental and physical well-being.
