Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of the study was to determine the level of attractive leadership and teamwork structure in relation to managerial health of teachers in public elementary schools in Caraga District, Division of Davao Oriental. This study used the non-experimental quantitative research design utilizing correlational method. The respondents of this study were composed of 132 teachers in public elementary school using the universal sampling. The data analysis were used are the mean, Pearson r, and regression analysis. It was concluded that the level of attractive leadership of teachers in public elementary schools was described as high. The level of teamwork structure of teachers in public elementary schools was described as high; and the level of managerial health of teachers in public elementary schools is high. There is a significant relationship between attractive leadership and managerial health of teachers in public elementary schools. There is a significant relationship between teamwork structure and managerial health of teachers in public elementary schools. There is a significant influence on the level of attractive leadership and teamwork structure in relation to managerial health of teachers in public elementary schools. It was recommended that the Department of Education may continue to improve in structure up a better work-related environment among themselves, school heads, and teachers. It is acclaimed in this study that the school heads may raise to the highest level in structure up a better interaction and cooperation with teachers and other administrators.Keywords: Attractive leadership, teamwork structure, managerial health
