Abstract
The Automatic Railway Gate Control System using NodeMCU is an intelligent IoT-based solution designed to enhance safety and efficiency at railway level crossings. Traditional manual gate operations are often delayed and prone to human error, resulting in accidents and traffic congestion. This project automates gate control using a NodeMCU (ESP8266) microcontroller, IR sensors, ultrasonic sensors, and a servo motor. The sensors detect the presence of an approaching or departing train, and the NodeMCU processes this data to operate the gate automatically. A Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) provides real-time status updates of the gate system.
