Abstract
Abstract The emergence of blockchain-based trading platformshas redefined the landscape of digital asset exchange, enablingsecure, transparent, and decentralized markets. This paperpresents the complete architecture and implementation ofBlockTrade Nexus, a decentralized trading system designed tofacilitate peer-to-peer asset swaps while preserving integrity,efficiency, and transparency. The platform integrates smartcontract-driven order books with automated settlementmechanisms, ensuring atomic trade execution and eliminatingcounterparty risk. Market efficiency is achieved through adynamic pricing engine that incorporates real-time price feedsfrom multiple oracles, while liquidity is maintained viaautomated market-making protocols and incentivized liquiditypools. Governance features allow stakeholders to participate instrategic decisions such as fee structures, listing policies, andprotocol upgrades, ensuring adaptability in volatile marketconditions. Additionally, we introduce advanced functionalitiesincluding cross-chain asset trading and conditional orderexecution to enhance capital utilization and trading flexibility.This paper contributes a comprehensive model for a secure,efficient, and scalable blockchain-based trading system,providing practical insights for building next-generationdecentralized exchange infrastructure.
