CHATBOT FOR RAILWAY ENQUIRY USING MACHINE LEARNING ALGORITHM

Abstract
Passengers can benefit from an error-free, quick, and effective information management system thanks to an online chatbot for railway inquiries. Through straightforward text-based engagement, it assists customers in rapidly obtaining precise information rather than having to manually search for train facts. Instead of perusing numerous websites or waiting in line, this enables passengers to concentrate on their trip planning. By automating inquiry duties and minimizing human labour, the technology helps Indian Railways make better use of its resources. The chatbot keeps an electronic database of train information that is conveniently accessible at any moment, free of duplicate or out-of-date entries. Train schedules, PNR status, seat availability, fare, and route information are all provided by the Railway Enquiry Chatbot.The chatbot automatically pulls the necessary information from the railway database when users enter their questions in natural language. Passengers can use railway services more intelligently and interactively thanks to the system, which guarantees ease, dependability, and real-time help.
