Abstract
Abstract Phishing attacks present major threats to cybersecurity. They confuse users by appearing to be reputable in messages online. The paper presents Cognitive PhishGuard, the detection system for phishing. It generates fake phishing URLs with GANs and supports multiple languages. It shall be of maximum benefit to improve the detection of phishing websites across diverse languages as well as in regards to new phishing attempts. This approach addresses the crucial problems of phishing detection, namely unseen phishing attempts, multilingual phishing, and the generalizability of models toward achieving a safer digital environment.Keywords: Phishing, Learning Machine, Generative Adversarial Network, Fake Data, Multiple Language Phishing, Online Safety, Web Site Validation, Data Enhancement, Language Identification, Model Generalization.
