Abstract
Compensation and reward policies are key drivers of employee motivation, satisfaction, and performance, especially in competitive service-oriented companies like Justdial. This study aims to analyze the compensation structure and reward systems implemented by Justdial, with a focus on how they impact employee engagement and organizational productivity. Data was gathered through employee surveys, HR documentation, and interviews with key managerial personnel. The findings indicate that Justdial adopts a performance-based compensation strategy, integrating fixed pay with incentives, bonuses, and recognition programs. While the monetary benefits are generally satisfactory, employees express the need for more structured non-monetary rewards such as career development opportunities, flexible work arrangements, and wellness initiatives. The study also highlights the role of transparent communication and regular performance evaluations in making reward systems more effective. A well-balanced mix of financial and non-financial rewards not only helps in talent retention but also fosters a positive workplace culture. The paper concludes by suggesting policy improvements such as bench marking against industry standards, personalization of rewards, and the introduction of long-term benefits. These measures can enhance employee loyalty and contribute to the sustained growth of Justdial
