Abstract
This research explores the strategic integration of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) into core business operations across key industries. With a focus on education, healthcare, environmental sustainability, and skill development, the study analyzes CSR strategies in the technology, manufacturing, retail, and pharmaceutical sectors. Using simulated survey data and real-world case studies, it evaluates sector-specific CSR practices, impacts, and challenges. The paper also draws on academic theories and global standards to highlight how CSR fosters innovation, stakeholder trust, and long-term value.
