Abstract
With the growing complexity and frequency of cybercrimes, there is an urgent need for an efficient, secure, andtransparent system to manage cybercrime-related complaints. This project proposes the development of a CybercrimeComplaint Management System that enables law enforcement and regulatory bodies to effectively categorize, analyze, and resolve cybercrime complaints. The system incorporates automated classification mechanisms using data clusteringand image analysis to streamline the categorization process. It further ensures legal accuracy by allowing administratorsto assign appropriate Indian Penal Code (IPC) sections to each complaint. The platform also includes robust securitymeasures such as two-factor authentication through email OTP and reCAPTCHA. An intuitive front-end interfacedisplays all applicable IPC sections, promoting legal clarity and user understanding. This system not only simplifiescomplaint handling but also reinforces the security and accountability necessary for modern cybercrime management. Keywords: Cybercrime, real-time complaint classification, image and data analysis, computer vision, machine learning,Indian Penal Code (IPC) mapping, convolutional neural networks, natural language processing, legal compliance, security, two-factor authentication, email OTP, reCAPTCHA, transparency, adaptive case handling, accessibility, administrative dashboard.
