Abstract
Recommender systems are essential for personalizing experiences in sectors like e-commerce, entertainment, and social media. Traditional algorithms, such as collaborative and content-based filtering, face limitations like data sparsity and cold-start issues. This paper explores the use of deep learning modelsnamely Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs), Recurrent Neural Networks (RNNs), and autoencodersto address these challenges and enhance recommendation accuracy and user engagement.
