Abstract
Green HRM is a burning topic and has remained the most attractive topic among industry practitioners and academicians. Ample research works have been conducted on different industries and participants across the world, particularly on the determinants and outcomes of green HRM. Due to the diverse research, it is very difficult to identify the industry and participant-specific determinants and outcomes of green HRM. The purpose of the present study is to analyze the researched publications on the determinants and outcomes of green human resource management (GHRM) in reputed journals. The current study follows a systematic literature review approach. The scholarly works from the previous researchers have been selected on some criteria, such as keywords, source, scope, context, approach, and published works from the year 2010 to 2022. The categorization of those research works was done based on year, county, participant, organization type, research methodology, and their determinants and outcomes. This results in the collection of 56 published articles. The current study is focused on the previously performed research, current trends, and future scope in the niche area of determinants and outcomes of Green HRM and has not considered the research works from the conference proceedings, books, etc.
