Abstract
Digital campaigns in healthcare education play a vital role in enhancing awareness, fostering clinical understanding, and improving patient outcomes. This study examines a structured, data-driven outreach campaign conducted over three months targeting healthcare professionals (HCPs) involved in the management of type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) and cardiovascular comorbidities. The campaign employed multichannel digital touchpoints -including app notifications, emails, SMS, and WhatsApp messaging to deliver weekly educational infographics. With a reach of 21,400 HCPs and a click-through rate (CTR) of 5%, this case demonstrates the effectiveness of targeted digital interventions in amplifying clinical education and engagement.
