Abstract
Modern conditions require a qualitatively new approach to training personnel for the service sector. Digitalization of education is becoming a key element of the educational process, especially in such dynamically developing industries as the restaurant and hotel business. The need to possess digital competencies, adaptation to the online environment and practical application of new technologies pose the opportunity for universities to use digital solutions in the learning process.
