Statistical data corroborated the strong beneficial influence of the materials based on Kotobee. The findings of the study suggest that these digitized instructional materials serve as effective resources for improving elementary English education. It is recommended to incorporate such eBook-based tools into the curriculum to promote engaging, accessible, and learner-focused instruction. Keywords: Digitized Instructional Materials (DIMs), Kotobee, eBook, Most Essential Learning Competencies (MELCs), ADDIE Model
