Abstract
This project explores how workplace culture directly impacts employeesmental health. It highlights that a positive environmentwhere people feel respected, supported, and valuedboosts motivation and happiness, while a toxic culture can lead to stress, anxiety, and burnout. The study uses real case studies and surveys to show how different work cultures affect mental well-being and performance. It also offers practical solutions like promoting work-life balance, open communication, mental health programs, and counseling support. In short, the project emphasizes that caring for employees mental health isnt optionalit's essential for any organizations long-term success.
