Abstract
AbstractThe primary purpose of this research is to determine the extent of Homeroom Guidance implementation as a determinant of learners development in Libungan West District, Cotabato Division. A total of 120 public elementary school teachers served as respondents. The study employed a non-experimental quantitative design using the descriptive correlational method, with adapted and validated standardized questionnaires as the main data-gathering instrument. The findings revealed that the implementation of Homeroom Guidance in terms of curriculum implementation and compliance, delivery process, evaluation of learners development, and feedback was extensive, with the evaluation domain receiving the highest descriptive equivalent. The learners development in terms of academic development, personal and social development, and career development was also rated as extensive. Pearsons correlation analysis showed a significant relationship between the extent of Homeroom Guidance implementation and the learners development. Regression analysis revealed that curriculum implementation and compliance, delivery process, and evaluation significantly influenced learners development, while feedback did not show a significant effect. The results suggest that strengthening the implementation of Homeroom Guidance, especially in the delivery process and evaluation practices, can further support the holistic growth of learners. The study highlights the importance of structured, well-implemented guidance programs in promoting academic success, emotional intelligence, and career readiness among elementary learners. Keywords: Homeroom Guidance, Learners development
