Abstract
In today's dynamic business environment, employee productivity is a critical factor influencing organizational performance and competitiveness. This study examines the relationship between employee productivity and human resource (HR) interventions at HCL Technologies, a leading global IT services company. The objective is to analyze how HR practicessuch as training and development, performance management systems, employee engagement programs, and work-life balance initiativescontribute to enhancing employee efficiency and output. The research is based on both primary data collected through surveys and interviews with HCL employees and secondary data from HR reports and industry case studies. The findings indicate that HCLs HR interventions play a significant role in motivating employees, reducing attrition, and fostering a performance-driven culture. Initiatives like "Ideapreneurship," flexible working policies, and continuous learning platforms have helped in unlocking employee potential and aligning personal goals with organizational objectives. However, the study also identifies areas for improvement, such as personalized career development plans and real-time feedback mechanisms. The research concludes that a strategic and adaptive HR approach is essential for sustaining high productivity levels in a tech-driven and employee-centric organization like HCL
