AbstractThe integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in supply chain management (SCM) has emerged as a transformative strategy for enhancing efficiency, responsiveness, and resilience. This paper presents a comprehensive review of current AI applications across key supply chain functions including demand forecasting, inventory optimization, logistics, and supplier relationship management. It examines cutting-edge AI technologies such as machine learning, natural language processing, and computer vision, which are reshaping operational paradigms. The paper further explores real-time industry case studies to highlight tangible improvements in cost reduction, accuracy, and agility. Finally, a future outlook is presented, identifying research gaps, implementation challenges, and emerging trends such as autonomous supply chains, digital twins, and ethical AI considerations.
