Abstract
Food ordering has shifted substantially from offline to online in the past decade, driven by mobile internet adoption and changing consumer habits. Major platforms like Swiggy, Zomato, and Uber Eats dominate, but leave small restaurants with high commissions and little control. Food Hub is envisioned as a self-sustained,transparent, and personalized solution for restaurants and users, developed with the MERN stack (Mongo Data Base, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) for unified JavaScript deployment and emphasis on user trust using JWT and Stripe API.
