Abstract
The goal of this project is to create a herbal soap using powdered extracts of Ocimum tenuiflorum (tulsi) and Azadirachta indica (neem). This formulation aims to incorporate plant elements that have a long history in traditional medicine practices, as Ayurvedic cosmetics are becoming more and more well-known for their natural composition and low side effects. Neem, renowned for its therapeutic qualities, plays an important part. It is notable for its antibacterial, antimalarial, antihyperglycemic, and anti-inflammatory qualities. The study investigates the effects of different Neem leaf extracts using a thorough methodology. Neem and Tulsi, which are carefully combined in the herbal soap, exhibit particular effectiveness against dermatophytes, while Tulsi has exceptional antiviral qualities. This study highlights the enormous potential of herbal formulations by illuminating the numerous advantages of tulsi and neem as well as their revolutionary uses in skincare products. The study demonstrates how herbal antifungal soaps have changed to satisfy consumer desires for personal care products that are chemical-free and sustainable. Further developments in antifungal soap compositions are anticipated as a result of ongoing research and innovation in herbal skincare, making them a dependable substitute for conventional methods of maintaining skin health and hygiene.
