Abstract

Ocimum tenuiflorum ,commonly known as holy basil ,Tulasi is aromatic perennial plant in the family lamiaceae .it widely cultivated throughout the southeast asian tropics .herbs is a plant that is valued for flavour ,scent ,medicinal or other qualities .herbs are used in cooking ,as medicines ,and for spiritual purposes . herbs have a variety of uses including culinary, medicinal, or in the breast cancer has high morbidity and mortality rates among women worldwide difference in responses to various treatments highlight the need to identify natural products that can aid cancer is traditionally classified into several subtypes based on its biological characteristics ;however ,a new classification technique is based on molecular -based gene expression patterns due to its heterogeneous nature .triple negative breast cancer TNBCis characterized by a lack of progesterone receptor PR,estrogen receptor ERand human epidermal growth factor receptor -2 HER-2expression .this subtype represents approximately 15-20% of all BC with poor prognosis despite responding to conventional chemotherapy regimens due to the lack of specific treatment guidelines ,TNBC is managed with the standard treatments such as taxanes ,anthracyclins ,and platinum ; however ,such treatments leave patients associated with a high rate of replase .HER2 expression and aggressive biological behavior .this subtype and shows aggressive biological and clinical behavior and can metastasize to the brain and visceral organs . breast cancer cell lines were treated with eugenol and cytotoxicity was measured using the WST-1 reagent , while propidium iodide annexin V associated with flow cytometry was utilized in order to determine the induced cell death pathway .the effect of eugenol on apoptotic and procarcinogenic proteins both in vitro and in tumor xenografts was assessed by immunoblotting .while RT -PCR was used to determine eugenol effect on the E2F1 and survivin mRNA levels .in addition ,we tested the effect of eugenol on cell proliferation using the real -time cell electronic sensing system . hydrogel formulation use polymer bamboo is a kind of biomass material with short growth cycle and excellent performance .known as the kingdom of bamboo, china is the world richest country in bamboo resources .compareed with other wood materials ,bamboo has high output and low prices .similar to wood the chemical composition of bamboo are cellulose ,hemicellulose ,and lignin as well as other ingredients such as sugar ,fats, proteins , and inorganic salts .in bamboo ,cellulose accounts for 44% of total bamboo and lignin accounts for 20%. Additionally the content of pentosan in bamboo is close to the total bamboo is close to that of broadleaf wood and other non wood plant materials . parenchyma cells even make up 80% of bamboo processing residues produced in china every year , indicating that parenchyma have a multi -layered structure .compare with wood the parenchyma of bamboo his thinner cell walls larger microfibril angles ,lower lignification and easy peeling of wall layers which facilitates cell wall dispersion .various approaches have been used for the preparation of hydrogels from cellulose ,indicating the huge application value of bamboo in the production of cellulose -based hydrogel of the large content of cellulose in bamboo cellulose based hydrogel can prepared by physical cross -linking of natural cellulose molecules or by chemicalphysical cross -linking of cellulose derivatives with single or multiple process steps .the single step process typically included polymerization techniques and parallel cross -linking of multiple monomers .the multiple steps include the synthesis of reactive groups of individual polymer molecules .hydrogel can be designed and synthesized by scale control of a variety of hydrogel properties such as structure ,crosslink density ,biodegradability ,mechanical strength ,chemical response ,and hydrogel hydrology to stimuli .in recent year biomass resources have become impressive materials for hydrogel manufacturing due to their outstanding biodegradability and biocompatibility .for example cotton staple pulp has been used as a hydrogel materials to from cellulose -based hydrogels through a single cross linking agent .thus ,the RVT transdermal patch may be a viable approach for ensuring high local concentration of drug for site -specific delivery in breast cancer therapy . breast cancer is a type of malignant disease affecting women around the word ,it is a highly heterogeneous cancer with several histological and molecular phenotypes .meanwhile ,transdermal or topical dosage forms have received increasing attention as cancer treatment strategies ,due to their favorable properties such as no need or minimal need for invasive injection as well as diminished side effects by the liver . given the unique physiological structure of breast tissue ,the application of transdermal pharmaceuticals in breast cancer has been explored and revealed encouraging outcomes in recent year .thransdermal therapeutic system particularly transdermal drug delivery systems, are playing an important role treatment of clinical conditions such as chronic pain and skin disease.
