Abstract
Face sheet masks have become increasingly popular in skincare due to their ease of use, targeted benefits, and natural formulations. This study explores the formulation and effectiveness of various sheet masks, focusing on plant, fruit, and marine-based active ingredients. Key natural components include dragon fruit extract for its antioxidant and brightening effects, kiwi pulp extract for complexion improvement, and papaya extract for natural exfoliation. Lemongrass extract offers antimicrobial and oil-control properties, while vitamin E oil provides moisturizing and anti-aging effects. Glycerine serves as a humectant for hydration, and green tea extract helps reduce redness and inflammation. Rose oil offers soothing, anti - inflammatory, abd hydrating benefits . Tween 20 is used as a solubilizing agent. Different types of sheet masks such as cotton, hydrogel, and bio-cellulose are reviewed in terms of composition, skin compatibility, and performance. Evaluation parameters include efficacy ingredient synergy , hydration , skin feel , and sensory qualities. This study supports the growing shift towards natural, effective, and user-friendly skincare solutions.
