Abstract
A healthcare chatbot is an advanced artificial intelligence (AI)-driven tool designed to assist in managing patient care and improving the overall healthcare experience. By leveraging natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning algorithms, these chatbots are capable of answering medical inquiries, providing health advice, scheduling appointments, and even facilitating remote consultations. They help reduce the burden on healthcare providers by offering immediate, 247 support to patients, while also enabling personalized and accessible care. With their ability to quickly process and interpret vast amounts of medical data, healthcare chatbots have the potential to enhance patient engagement, streamline administrative tasks, and improve the efficiency of healthcare delivery.
