Abstract
HireWise is an advanced AI-powered job portal designed to enhance the recruitment process by leveragingArtificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML). The platform provides intelligent features such as Resume Builder, Resume Score Analyzer, Interview Preparation, Job Description Generator, Job Fit Score, Smart Job Alerts, and Career PathGuidance to streamline job search and hiring. Built using JavaScript (Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB), HireWise integrates AI- driven Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Data Analytics to evaluate candidate profiles, match job opportunities, andgenerate insightful recommendations. The resume parser efficiently extracts key candidate details and stores them in a MongoDBdatabase, optimizing data accessibility.
