Abstract
ABSTRACTIONThis exploratory study employed a survey research design to collect data from audience members who attended performances at the Hogwarts Theatre. The questionnaire consisted of 15 closed-ended questions, assessing various aspects of the theatre experience, including:1. Food and beverage quality and value2. Preference for theatre experiences versus streaming services3. Theatre environment and safety4. Performance quality and meeting expectations5. Sound and visual effects quality6. Ticket purchasing process and convenience7. Staff helpfulness and courtesy8. Timeliness of performances9. Overall satisfaction and likelihood of recommendation10. Screen quality and seat cost efficiency11. Comparative analysis of the theatre experience versus streaming services12. Assessment of the theatre's ability to meet audience expectations13. Evaluation of the theatre's environment and ambiance14. Rating of the overall theatre experience15. Provision of feedback and suggestions for improvementThe findings of this study will provide valuable insights into the strengths and weaknesses of the Hogwarts Theatre, informing strategic decisions to enhance the overall audience experience and maintain a competitive edge in the entertainment industry.
