Abstract
-This paper presents a fully automated Student ID Card Generation and Management System for schools, colleges, and educational institutions. Creating ID cards the traditional way requires manual data entry, design work, and repetitive printing tasks. This approach is slow, expensive, and prone to mistakes. The proposed system uses web technologies to automate student data collection, manage records centrally, and generate ID cards with customizable templates.The system features a role-based approach that includes Super Admin, School Admin, and Class Teacher, each with distinct permissions. Class Teachers input student details, School Admins check the records, and the Super Admin can create bulk ID cards using templates that have been uploaded beforehand. The ID generation module dynamically places data such as the student's name, photo, class, and section onto custom designs and exports them as PDFs.The main goal of this research is to create a reliable, scalable, and secure web-based solution for institutions that makes ID management easier. Experimental analysis indicates high efficiency, a reduced workload, and better accuracy in handling records. The system greatly cuts down on manual tasks while providing flexibility with custom card templates.
