Abstract
Big data analytics empowers AI software vendors to identify evolving customer needs, usage patterns, and market trends through real-time data processing and predictive modeling. By analyzing structured and unstructured datasetsfrom CRM systems, user behavior logs, social media, and market feedbackbusiness leaders can make informed strategic decisions regarding product development, pricing, market expansion, and customer support. This insight-driven approach reduces reliance on intuition or outdated heuristics, increasing the likelihood of sustainable growth. Moreover, analytics can improve internal operations, such as optimizing marketing spend by identifying high-conversion customer segments or streamlining sales cycles through predictive lead scoring. By embedding analytics into strategic planning, companies can anticipate disruptions, identify emerging opportunities, and allocate resources more effectively.
