Abstract
Corporate training plays a critical role in enhancing employee performance, productivity, and overall organizational success. In todays dynamic business environment, continuous skill development is essential to meet evolving job demands and technological advancements. This study investigates the impact of corporate training programs on employee performance across various sectors. It focuses on assessing how structured training initiativessuch as onboarding sessions, technical skill development, soft skills workshops, and leadership trainingcontribute to improving work efficiency, motivation, and job satisfaction. The research employs both qualitative and quantitative methods, including surveys and interviews, to gather insights from employees and HR professionals. Analysis reveals that organizations that invest consistently in employee development experience higher retention rates, better team collaboration, and improved job performance. Moreover, customized training aligned with organizational goals and employee needs is shown to have a significantly positive effect. The study concludes that corporate training is not just a human resource function but a strategic investment that directly influences organizational performance. Recommendations include integrating feedback mechanisms, using technology-driven learning tools, and aligning training content with performance metrics
