Abstract
This research paper explores the influence of invoice factoring on the working capital management of exporters. Invoice factoring, a financial arrangement where exporters sell their accounts receivable to a third party at a discount, has gained prominence as a solution to manage cash flow and reduce payment delays inherent in exporttransactions. The study examines the benefits, challenges, and adoption patterns of factoring among Indian exporters, focusing on how it helps improve liquidity, minimize credit risk, and support operational efficiency. The findings contribute to a better understanding of factorings role in enhancing exporters financial stability and growth.
