Abstract
The Japanese Manga and Anime industry has seen a remarkable shift as it now stands as one of the powerful pillars within the globes cultural and economic context. This research looks, within the framework of globalization, at the problems of chronic overworking, overproduction, digital piracy, and the industrys structure and economic development. It examines the interplay between technologies, public policies, foreign market competition, and their impact on the development processes of the given industry. The document describes, based on academic documents, industry reports, and relevant surveys, the tremendous efforts undertaken by Japans manga and anime industries to preserve cultural identity.
