Abstract
The rising global burden of heart disease necessitates more accurate, efficient, and secure diagnostic solutions. Recent advancements in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and Blockchain technologies offer promising avenues for early detection and management of cardiovascular conditions. This paper explores how these technologies intersect, reviewing state-of-the-art models, examining real-world applications, and evaluating the integration of blockchain for secure, decentralized medical data management. A hybrid approach combining AIML-based prediction with blockchain-enhanced data integrity is proposed as a future roadmap for smart, scalable, and secure heart disease diagnostics.
