Abstract
This study investigates how job engagement and transformative leadership combine to predict employee success. Structured questionnaires were used to gather data for a descriptive and correlational study design, and statistical methods including linear regression and moderation analysis were used for analysis. The findings show that high levels of work engagement and transformative leadership actions greatly improve work performance. The results emphasize that in order to attain the best performance results, firms must cultivate strong leadership and encourage employee participation. This study provides insightful information for enhancing workforce efficiency and leadership tactics in a variety of corporate contexts.
