The report makes the urgent recommendation that the Nigerian government, along with other key stakeholders like the organized private sector, the unorganized sector, and community representatives, establish a process of collective engagement that will enable Katsina State's rural areas to be integrated into the process of development through ICT-enhanced systems. Additionally, a person's socioeconomic standing is impacted by the appropriate level and kind of exposure to and use of ICTs.
