Abstract
The convergence of Internet of Things (IoT), cloud computing, and Software-Defined Vehicle (SDV) architecture is revolutionizing autonomous vehicle development. This research presents a comprehensive framework integrating edge computing and cyber security measures to address the critical challenges of real-time data processing, latency reduction, and security vulnerabilities in autonomous vehicles. Through analytical modeling and performance evaluation, this study demonstrates that the proposed hybrid cloud-edge architecture can reduce response time by 65% while maintaining 99.9% security compliance. The research contributes to the advancement of autonomous vehicle technology by providing a scalable, secure, and efficient IoT platform architecture.
