Abstract
The Freelancer Locator is a location-based platform that helps users quickly find nearby skilled freelancers such as electricians, tutors, and designers. The system uses real-time GPS, cloud services, and interactive maps to show accurate freelancer locations and profiles. Users can view details, check availability, and instantly contact or book professionals. This project improves the speed, reliability, and convenience of finding local services compared to traditional methods. The results show that real-time location access and digital profile verification increase trust and reduce waiting time, making local service hiring more efficient.Keywords: Freelancer Locator, Real-Time Location, Cloud Services, Local Search, Service Booking
